Happy Valentimes
Well Jason is off in an airplane somewhere over the arctic circle right now, evidently it is faster to fly that way than over the the regular oceans. In his absence I am writing which is likely a residual effect of staying up till 5:27am.
To those of you who want to see changes in the comic, or you have an awesome idea, or you hated something I drew, or something I wrote, I want to encourage you to reach me at fritz@stickcat.net I am open to your suggestions and while I may be too lazy to actually draw them all, I will certainly read them and respond. If you don’t want to talk to me you can e-mail Jason directly as well at jason@stickcat.net
I like media as a two-way street, where the audience can interact with the authors, I mean it didn’t keep Arrested Development from getting canned but at least it let them know they were doing things right by their fans. As part of that ongoing dialogue I would like some suggestions on an idea Jason and I have been tossing around. One of the things we are considering doing is making a couple of t-shirts. The good kind not that crapfe-press shit; t-shirts that can hold their own in a sweaty IT center, or during a spirited speed-run of Mega Man X sans any and all powerups (I’m looking at you Jim) So if you have anything you would really like to see on a shirt (not thong Ryan) please drop us a line and we can discuss getting it mocked up and eventually printed.
So the comic…this comic is really for the people who like Stickcat for Stickcat. It really isn’t particularly funny either way, but even less so if the only way you have experienced Stickcat is through Reddit or Digg. So here it is, my triumphant return for the week, a blatant and uncompromising fan service, right down to the dod-gamned title! I hope you all have a lovely Valentine’s day weekend!! I look forward to putting in approximately 1/10th the amount of effort on the next comic. Steve, I expect to hear many less complaints as a direct result of this comic.
Love,
Fritz
PS. Thank you honey for staying up all night with me, while I slogged through this, it means a lot to me.

Haha, I absolutely love this one! Hands down.
Happy Valentines to all, and happy Valentimes day to Jason.

This is the best one yet! I love Stickcat’s face in the calendar picture. PLUS the sun in the last frame. PLUS how cool (but sad) the guy looks outside in the rain. It’s perfect!
Happy Valentine’s Day everybody! And if Jason gets a chance to check up on this: I miss you already! I hope you have an amazing trip.

Also Fritz, you’ll note that there are 4 more frames the sun could have appeared in. This comic was a step in the right direction, but far from perfection.

Steve would like one of the shirts to feature the Sun.

Once I get that jump down in Sigma’s Fortress, I’ll be golden.
