With economic fair weather stocks like GE cutting their dividend by 2/3rds, the general consensus of the experts is that the world economy is in for a long and deep boning. My opinion is you just really need to find the right investments. For example “all your base” dividend has been paying off it’s 0.10 lulz since 2002 and the “Yo Dawg” IPO looks very attractive.
